Medical Records – FBI Background Check?

Does a FBI Background Check include medical records? Would anybody conducting a FBI Background Check on me be able to see my drug treatment program or be able to see that a doctor prescribed me medical marijuana?

I believe at this point in time the answer to that question is yes.

I have no doubt about it.

If the FBI is doing a background search on you they probably have a list of the top 10 phone numbers you dial, they know who you email with me and they have access to your medical records.
