How can familysolutionsfoundation.org raise money online for for a MUCH NEEDED drug treatment facility?

As everyone is aware from the Jay Leno Show, Navajo County is ranked #1 in the nation for Meth use. There is not one long term treatment facility in this area. Family Solutions Foundation is a legitimate non-profit organization with (501 c 3). We in the process of purchasing a facility able to house 80+ drug addicted individuals for treatment. However, we need to raise enough money for this program by Jan 31, 2009. I would like to know how we can best use the internet for this project?
