Alcohol Rehab: City avoids rate increases on utilities
Councilman Woody Johnson said that “after seeing trash rates go up, it’s a good move on the city’s part to keep the rates steady on the rest of the utilities.” The rest of the Willcox City Council agreed during Monday night’s regular meeting. They approved three resolutions to keep the basis for city rates on gas, water and wastewater utility the same as last year.
