definitely sad…..she was a basically a good talented person,who just couldn’t handle all the pressures of being a world famous celebrity and lost herself to the world of drugs,alcohol and some very very bad choices…. Amy’s family often stated that the death of her grandmother,who practically raised her,was the event that triggered her drug addiction….imagine how she must have felt,her personal relationships were almost always unpleasant,she was constantly under the pressure of her stardom,was often said to have depression and eating disorders,so she must have been shattered when one of her most beloved people in the world died so suddenly…i had always hoped that someday she would be able to pull herself together,and sort out all her problems,so i was heart broken when i found out that she had died.
as a singer,she was immensely talented,as she not only had a beautiful voice but actually knew how to sing…i loved loved her songs,especially “rehab”,”Tears Dry on Their Own”,and “you know i am no good”……to me,her life is just an incomplete tragedy….
