Rehab most often refers to a Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center, where someone can go in order to receive supervised care to overcome theri addictions. These centers are typically ran by Licensed Counselors, along with doctors and other staff. Here is a list of 3 Rehab Centers if you want a little more specific information on them:

The Top Ten Reasons why you Need Rehab

I. To save yourself, and those who care for you from many more years of painful and potentially deadly addiction, dependency, and abuse.

II. To enjoy a life free from the chaos, destruction, pain, and the suffering of drug abuse, addiction, alcoholism, and chemical dependency.

III. So you can build healthy, meaningful, sober, and platonic relationships and friendships with other patients while you are in rehab. That’s not too easy to do in the outside world.

IV. You just can’t find enough cool people in the outside world who share your passion and love of board games.

V. You suffer from fixation or obsession with drugs or alcohol, you are using alone or outside of social context, you’re stealing in order to buy drugs or alcohol, you lost your job because of excessive drinking and/or drug use, and you lie to cover your using and abusing.

VI. You are exhibiting signs of having a covert or hidden drug or alcohol problem, including irritability, hostility, bad grades, insomnia, headaches or stomach aches, trouble at work, trouble at school, bad relationships, and anti-social behavior. You wet the bed, wrecked the car, set fire to your apartment and you don’t know where your keys are.

VII. You don’t want to go through the detox process by yourself, alone at home. During the detox process, addicts can potentially go through a variety of withdrawal symptoms. These symptoms may include minor problems, such as anxiety, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headaches, nausea, and troubled sleeping. It is much safer to go through detox at a professional rehabilitation facility. Going through the detox process at your parent’s house really sucks, especially if you’re in your old room.

VIII. Drug and alcohol rehab centers offer helpful services such as well being activities that include yoga, meditation, walking, and diet and fitness consultation. Group counseling and support group meetings will help you relate to other people’s experiences and feelings. Quality drug and alcohol rehabilitation and treatment consists of group counseling, individual counseling and support group meetings. You will love it.

IX. To improve and restore your mind, body, and spirit . The rehabilitation and addiction treatment process focuses on getting you back on track in all aspects of life, and rehab teaches you how to maintain a healthy, happy life free from drug addiction, chemical dependency, and alcoholism.

X. Apparently it’s the cool thing to do. Besides, the judge told you to.
