im addicted to:
pain killers.
self harm.
and suicidal thoughts are always there.
people have told me i should go.
but im really afraid of it.
im kinda of a realyl depressed person..
should i go to rehab?
im already in counseling.
btw im also 15
ive attempted once.
and severe self harm twice.

I believe that you should enter a program to wean you from the pain killers (detox) and follow up with an outpatient program to deal with the loss of control you feel in your life, with your emotions. You can come up with some positive coping skills and meet some people who deal with the same issues you do. If your counseling is not helping, I would suggest trying a different route.
PS: Rehab is always scary, there are lots of unknowns and no one really ‘wants’ to be there. But it is about stepping up and realizing you need the help and that this is the best way to give yourself a fighting chance. They can help with the depression too 🙂 I promise you will live through it…I have been there and am no worse for the wear (better, much better, in fact)
