hey
im 15 and a girl 🙂 and my bff/bf thinks i should go to rehab 🙁 i don’t do drugs or drink or anything like that. instead i cut and throw up on purpose. some people call it anorexia but to me it just makes me feel good. ive been throwing up for a year and a half and cutting for about 6 months. and neither of my parents have noticed (yay) and i have alot of stress in my life right now and these are about the only things that make me happy. i throw up about 5 times a day and cut almost daily. ive gone to therapy for three years with three different therapists. but im still not happy or anything…except when i cut or throw up. the only person that knows that i do these things is my bff/bf. and he knows therapy isnt working at all and he thinks its so bad that i should go to rehab but now hes saying things like he’ll talk to my mom about this…even though he wont becuase he hates her haha. i know what im doing isnt good but im not ready yet to stop. so i was wondering what you guys think i should do?

sorry i forgot to add my therapist knows but she cant tell my parents becuase i wont let her. and also im only 80lbs and 5’0 so im not that thin yet…not even thin really

You need to see a psychiatrist. A doctor who can put you on some medication.
Rehab would not be a bad idea either. Vomiting that many times a day can literally kill you.
