OSWEGO – Defending Oswego Speedway Novelis Supermodified track champion Otto Sitterly passed Dave McKnight Jr. in lapped traffic on lap 41 and went on to win Saturday’s rain-delayed 50-lap feature on RJ Caruso Accounting and Burritt Motors Night.
