Need Help Finding a Movie…?

Question by Tebia: Need help finding a movie…?
I saw this movie one time and it was over a year ago, so I can’t remember a whole lot. One thing unique about it is that it was made using “photography cartooning”. That is just what I call it because I don’t know what it is called, but basically they film the actors, go back and make it look like a cartoon with effects. This is an example of what I’m talking about:

I remember the opening scene is a guy in his apartment with his dog. The man had been using an unknown drug (forgot what the movie had titled the substance) and you could see the things he was imagining… bugs crawling all over him and he is unable to get rid of them. The man is freaking out the whole time. I forgot the majority of it, but I know the main character was a cop who wore this bodysuit that made him change genders, races, clothing, ages, sizes, etc, at a constant rate, so that his identity was hidden. It looked like a mash up of people. The camera-shots would show him inside the suit. He only wore the suit on the job, so I know he was a slender white guy with brown hair and probably in his late twenties, early thirties. He was working on a case, trying to figure out what that unknown substance was. Actually, I believe they called it “Substance X” or something like that. Well, in the end he found out who had been supplying it. It was the government selling it, and taking the found addicts into a distant “rehab” where they worked on a farm. Well the farm was where they were actually growing/producing the drug. The viewer of the movie finds this all out as the cop becomes addicted and taken to this place. I believe that is how it ended… sorry if I was vague. I believe it came out within the last five years or so.

Anyone know what this movie is?
Ah, thanks! That’s it.
